Delete your account
You can delete your Delvia account and everything in it from this page — no app required. You can also do it in the app under Profile → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your account, name, and email address.
- Every health record: profile details, lab results, symptoms, medications and supplements, diet notes, and physical activity.
- Every document and photo you uploaded.
- Your entire chat history with the AI assistant.
- Your credit balance and subscription state on our side.
Deletion is immediate, complete, and irreversible. Nothing is retained, except transaction records kept by Google Play and our subscription processor under their own legal obligations.
An active Delvia Plus subscription is not canceled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions first — otherwise Google will keep billing you.
